I’ve always created dinner menus for our family each week. It really makes life easier, since I use that menu to create my shopping list. Then I know that I’ll have all the necessary ingredients to cook each evening, saving time and money!
Here’s what we’re eating this week (I’ll try to post recipes each day):
Monday: Turkey Sausage and Pepper Pasta, salad
Tuesday: Turkey Chili
Wednesday: Chicken tacos, salad
Thursday: Breakfast for dinner! Eggs, toast, turkey bacon
Friday: Chicken enchiladas, salad, refried beans
